Cäcilia Schneider

The post-graduated Cäcilia Schneider with a BA in International Business Studies from University
in London and licensed sports instructor made her first experience within the Sales Controlling
and Marketing branches of Reuters/London.
These 5 years experience abroad gave her extensive international knowledge in sales and marketing.
Coming back to Germany Cäcilia Schneider joined the american global market leader for multimedia
conferencing products.
Cäcilia Schneiders first contact with human resource management started within the personell leasing
area. Starting in sales in one of the greatest german suppliers for personell leasing she was made
self dependent head of commercial affairs of the Frankfurt base within a short period of time.
It was then, that the business model of today´s IHH International Head Hunters was developed. Together
with her husband Claus Schneider IHH was established and structured. The mother of two children continued
her substantial influence until today, bringing her experiences and skills into the company.
Cäcilia Schneider concentrates in particular on the areas IT and Telecommunications, Internet and
Start Ups. The co-operation with extern partners is one of her special responsibilities.
