Günther Schust
10 sucessful years in the electronic industry - operating in responsibilities: in finance and accounts
departments, as sales representative and personal assistent of the executive chairman and chairman of
the supervisory board and also very sucessful as european human resources manager.
Günther Schust was for 5 years at any one time part of the consultancys Kienbaum and Baumgartner.
Today he accompanies well-known companys in automotive, banking and finance, energy, health care,
life science, logistics, consumer goods industry and IT by filling of special- and leading
positons and as well as in in- and outplacementprogramms.
Together with managers he is conceiving and realising qualification schemes and programms, manager
workshops, employee courses as well as potencial analysis and management audits.
His tutor career let him become university lecturer for human performance management at the universities
of St. Gallen/Switzerland , Zürich-Winterthur and the federal armed forces university in Munich/Germany.
As lecturer he often visits the universities of applied sciences in Kempten, Hamburg and Munich,
all in Germany.
The reference book: "Wie Sie ihre Mitarbeiter zur Wertschöpfung führen" ("How to lead your employees to
added value") was published through Rosenberger Publishing in Leonberg.
