Matthias Leitzmann
Specializing in transatlantic searches, Mr. Leitzmann is Founder and CEO of IHH's joint
venture partner Technical Choices, Inc (TCI) in Boston, Massachusetts. His focus are
companies in the software, IT, mobile, and telecommunication space that are in need of
top-tier sales, marketing and technical professionals.
Mr. Leitzmann entered the high-tech industry in 1994 at one of Boston's most respected
headhunting firms. There, during his five-year tenure, he progressed from the status of
entry-level recruiter to group manager, culminating in "top producer" status. Setting
numerous customer service and performance records, Matthias left in 1999 to start TCI.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Leitzmann has placed individual contributors, managers,
and C-level executives with small, venture-backed start-up companies, as well as with
well-known, larger companies, including Ericsson, EMC, Lotus (IBM), Cisco Systems, 3COM,
Cabletron, Fidelity Investments, State Street Bank, Netegrity, Symantec, ATG, KPMG, Xerox,
Raytheon, BBN, Digital Equipment Corp./Compaq/HP, CMGi, Dun & Bradstreet, IDD,
Teradyne, ADE, and Siebel Systems.
