As a result of our past experience in HR Consulting (Group Coaching, HR Analysis etc. )
we have found that a clear division between Executive Search activities and Corporate Consulting is of the
utmost importance and is a high priority for clients.
IHH will not use knowledge gained as a result of its consulting activities to attract personnel away from clients,
and to this end IHH guarantees to all our clients that this undertaking, which is in line with our core values,
will be respected.
To give support to this position and to avoid any possible conflicts of interest, IHH have created two distinct
and separate divisions: IHH Human Resources Consult and IHH International Head Hunters. This situation is
