our programmes
BASIC program
The services performed in the BASIC program include 5-8 personal consultations
with one outplacement consultant. In the next 6 weeks we will optimize your
marketing and design your application, we will assure the job matching,
set up the first contact and prepare the candidate for the first interview.
FULL program
The FULL program is lasting 3 to 6 months. After intense preparation time and
a goal setting phase we will search specifically for vacant positions on the open and "hidden" employment market.
All full programs include postal charges and secretarial services. We are "screening" all
candidates with our profiling method: What skills are available and where is further development required?
Up-running and audit will be performed for our customer with the help of our task force teams.
UNLIMITED program
In this program we consult our customer with unlimited time until
success or for a time period of 6 to 12 months with performance-related components. In a period
of the first 6 weeks we will optimize your marketing, design your application, set up the
contact and prepare the candidate for the first interview. 30% of the salary is
payable on success. This includes coaching as well as a re-entry guarantee during the probation
period of the candidate.
